In these times of gloom and doom, I think it is more important than ever to spend some time on positive news stories. Stories like the rescue of the PA miners, Elizabeth Smart, etc.

When I came home from work last night, one story lept off the webpage at me.
Elizabeth Smart found ALIVE!
After such a long time, it is so wonderful to have a relatively happy ending to such a sad story. I don't think many held out hope that the girl was still alive, but today she is back with her family. I wish strength for the Smart family to deal with the aftermath of this event and I am so happy that they are together again.

Wanted to add to this thread, a bit late however...
It was great to see the 7 POWs rescued in pretty decent condition. I bet it was a special holiday for thier families. [img]smile.gif[/img]
